Agreement to these terms
By creating an account or using Satya, you agree to use the platform responsibly and in line with these terms and our Privacy Policy.
What Satya is
Satya is a marketplace connecting wellness practitioners with people seeking their services. Practitioners are independent providers, not Satya employees — Satya is not a party to the services they deliver and is not responsible for their quality, safety, or outcome.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Keep your profile information accurate, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Bookings & payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. Booking terms, cancellation policies, and refunds are set by each practitioner and shown to you before you pay. Satya does not guarantee refunds on a provider's behalf.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you post — profiles, listings, posts, and messages. By posting, you grant Satya the license needed to display and operate that content on the platform.
Acceptable use
Use Satya honestly: no fraud, harassment, illegal listings, or attempts to bypass platform safety or payment systems. Accounts that put the community at risk may be suspended.
Changes to these terms
As Satya grows, this page will be replaced by our full Terms of Service. We will announce that change and give you a chance to review it before it takes effect.
